Whether you are coming for work or play, The New Season RV Resort is the place to be. We offer large RV spots with plenty of room to spread out and primitive camp sites if you like to get up close and personal with nature. We have a 2 acre pond to sit around and watch the different types of water fowl and occasional alligator as they stop by to visit. Other things of nature you may encounter are plenty of shade from the beautiful Live Oak Trees that fill the Resort, squirrels, redbirds, hummingbirds, crested titmouse birds, doves (no hunting allowed), raccoons, rabbits, snakes (some are poison so be careful), an occasional skunk or maybe a coyote, and plenty of other types of birds and critters. We are just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and other exciting attractions.
