We are located on the historic Route 66, overlooking the majestic Colorado River and Topock wetlands.  First developed in the 1950’s, it is the oldest continuously operating RV park on RT 66 in Needles, CA.  We have expanded and modernized through the years making sure we keep up with the most current space sizes and electrical requirements.  Winter daytime temps are mild and range in the low to mid 70’s or 21 c – 24c which makes it a very comfortable home away from home.  You will enjoy a quiet and relaxing desert visit  with beautiful starry nights away from the large crowds of the city while being only minutes away from the excitement of Laughlin Nevada.
