Located in the scenic Ohio Valley / Geauga Lakes region (NE Ohio) Kool Lakes is definitely a long way from my Antarctic home, but it has become my favorite vacation destination when I need to get away from the snow and ice.

This peaceful Ohio campground is set in the woods and meadows around three spring-fed lakes, so I’m never far from a place to get wet and "keep kool."
