Lost Creek Lake is only a 20 minute drive up the road for fishing, boating, wake boarding, water skiing, picnics, etc, and Crater Lake National Park (the DEEPEST lake in the United States) is only about 45 minutes north of here. Once you have visited our community you will understand why Shady Cove is called the "Jewel of the Upper Rogue". Our rural atmosphere, friendly people, clean air, and unique shops will make you fall in love with this beautiful area. This is where the expression "Ahhhhhhh, this is the life!" comes from.
